Job Description

To manage EK Airport Services operations on a shift basis across Passenger and Baggage Services in order to achieve high levels of service delivery to customers whilst ensuring a safe, secure, efficient and cost effective operation. Make sure all partner business units, including service providers, are working together in achieving quality end results for the customer and the operations.
Carefully manage the service during operational disruptions with the goal of maintaining customer confidence. Based on individual area of responsibility, play an active role in new airport development and upgrade of facilities and in various other department projects.

Desired Skills & Experience
Degree holder
Should have at least 8 years experience with an airline ground services or airport handling company, with at least 5 years in a similar position/capacity.
Experience required in functional areas of check-in, reservations (for Passenger Services) and baggage tracing, dangerous goods handling, aircraft weight and balance, departure control systems and aircraft loading (for Baggage Services).
Should have a good working knowledge of airline conditions of carriage, International Civil Aviation Safety and Security Practices as stipulated by OCAO/IATA and other aviation related authorities.
Baggage related ASM must possess a valid UAE driving licence.
