A plane crashed after an aborted take-off Thursday morning in Northeast China's city - Shenyang, Liaoning province, injuring three people on board.

                                                Scene from the crash site

There was no parachute on the plane, sources with the airport said. The injured were immediately rushed to a local hospital. One sustained severe injuries.

The plane, a Harbin Y-12 aircraft operated by China Flying Dragon Aviation, crashed one minute after taking off from the Shenyang Taoxian International Airport at 10:36 a.m., tearing down two trees and a high-voltage wire during the crash.

I am lost with these frequent accidents. 2 crashes in barely 24 hours. This is quite sad, and also a wake up call to respective Civil Aviation Authorithies (CAAs). to step up their game towards ensuring safer skies and machines.
