Air India has reissued a tender for the lease of nineteen A320-200 (sl)s after a previous attempted failed to garner sufficient responses. According to the new tender which closes on November 19, the aircraft are to be supplied on a dry-lease contract set to run for twelve years.
Delivery of the first seven aircraft is required by the fourth quarter of this financial year through to March, four are required in the next fiscal year, and the final eight twinjets are due the year after.
