Brazil's TAM Linhas Aéreas to join oneworld from March 2014

TAM Linhas Aéreas will officially leave Star Alliance on March 30, 2014 and join Oneworld on March 31, 2014, the LATAM Group has announced. In a press release issued today to mark the affiliate membership of LAN Colombia with oneworld, the Group said TAM's Paraguayan affiliate, TAM Airlines, would also join the alliance albeit at a later date.
