Condor to move its charter flights to Dubai World Central

Condor will switch from Dubai Int'l to Dubai World Central this winter season and operate its weekly full charter services with B757-300s from both Frankfurt Int'l and Dusseldorf to the new airport from November 21.

According to Condor, the decision to move has been made given capacity constraints at Dubai International and in agreement with its tour operator customers from the cruise industry that use these flights for their passengers.

According to local sources in the UAE, even though some charter operators feeling discriminated by the decision have tried to object, Dubai Airports has mandated all charter operators to move to Dubai World Central from the beginning of the IATA winter timetable period when the new airport will start processing passenger flights.
