VIDEO: Check out this awesome video of tornado over Denver Airport

Hollywood spends millions of dollars creating ‘end of world’ special effects for disaster films, and the end results are normally spectacular.

However, mother nature can do a much better job, as she proved in the United States this week. Check out the video below, which shows a weak tornado forming around the east runways of Denver International Airport on 18th June 2013.

The weather conditions were far from ideal, with all flights either cancelled or re-routed as a result. That’s understandable, of course… you wouldn’t want to fly with those dark clouds around!

According to media reports, the tornado produced winds of nearly 100 miles per hour, and the airport’s safety procedures were immediately activated.
