Brunei opens public dialogue over proposed new regional carrier

Royal Brunei Airlines owner, the Brunei government, is to hold public consultative talks over a proposed new regional carrier that will act as a feeder to Royal Brunei.
“The approval will also depend on the modality that this new airline service will become a business partner and a feeder airline to Royal Brunei, that will complement services for both parties in the region,” the Brunei Ministry of Communications said in a statement.

The Ministry said the unnamed airline's go-ahead is contingent on it becoming a business partner to Royal Brunei, and which will "complement services for both parties in the region."
